On reading the 2.d time, the petition of George Beall, of Frederick
County complaining of an undue Survey made in laying out George
Town, in Frederick County to the Manifest prejudice and injury of
the Said petitioner; Ordered, that an hearing be had on the Said
petition, at the Bar of this house on Wednesday next, being the 2d
of Nov.r and that all partys concerned have due Notice, and that the
petitioner, and all partys have Summons's for Witness's, and all
Evidences relative to proving the facts in the Said petition contained,
on Application to the Clerk.

Ordered, that the Committee of Accounts do not receive any
Claims against the Publick after Monday the 31.st Instant. Ordered,
that the Committee of Accounts do close the Journal of Accounts on
Tuesday the first of November next.

The house adjourns till the Morrow Morning at 9. of the Clock

Oct. 27

Thursday Morning 27.th Oct.r 1763
The house met according to Adjournment, &c.a
Mr Edmunson appeared in the house

Mr J. Tilghman brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker a Bill Ent.d
an Act for the tryall of all Matters of fact in the several Countys,
where they have arisen, or shall arise, which was read the first and
Second time by an especial Order, and will pass, & was sent to the
Upper house by Mr J. Tilghman and Mr J. Hall,

M.r Ringgold brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker, a Bill Ent.d An
Act to confirm the Sale of Certain Land lying in Eastern Neck Island,
in Kent County, by Draper Lusby and Frances his Wife Executrix
of John Hynson, deceased, to Mathew Bryan, which was Read the
first and Second time by an especial Order and will pass & was Sent
to the Upper house by Mr Ringgold and Mr Wilmer

On Motion of M.r J. Tilghman, leave given to bring in an Addi-
tional Supplementary Bill to the Act for emitting 90000.lb current
money of Maryland in Bills of Credit ;

Ordered, that M.r J. Tilghman & Mr Ringgold, do prepare and
bring in a Bill accordingly

Mr Smallwood brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker, the following
Report.

By the Committee appointed by the honbie House of Delegates to
Inspect into the State and Condition of the Arms and Ammunition
and Accounts relating thereto. Ocotber 24,th 1763

Your Committee having Inspected the Arms and Amunition in the
City of Annapolis do find that there is in the Possession of the
Armourer the following arms and amunition ( Vizt)
