12. That Kings Town and Parsons Landing Warehouses in
Talbot County be under Seperate Inspections and One Inspector
each and their Sallaries reduced to thirty to thirty five pounds each

13. That Falkoners House in Kent County shall be Suppressed,

14 That Frederick Town and George Town be put under one
Inspection, by two Inspectors one from Caecil County and One
from Kent County to be Obliged to attend three Days in the Week
at one house and three days at the Other, their Sallarys to be forty
five pounds each. Inspectors of those houses to be rechosen.

15. That the Inspectors in Sale of the Transfer Tobacco shall
set it up to Sale in Single Hogsheads and allow the Owners the
Average Price of the sale of the Tobacco belonging to each House,
the Sale to be the Second day of the Court if fair Weather if fair
Weather [sic] if not the next fair day of the Court.

16, Sect,n 123, Instead of this Section insert a Clause directing
and impowering the Justices and Representatives residing in the
County and the Inspectors to meet at the Court House under the
penalty of five pounds each, unless a Sufficient Excuse, on the
Second Tuesday of December Yearly if fair Weather, if not on the
next fair Day and a Majority of the Justices and Representatives,
then present, shall agree what necessary repairs Additions and
Conveniencies directed by the Act are wanting at each Warehouse
and Shall appoint one Justice and One Representative convenient
to each House to agree for such Additions Repairs and Conveniences
in Case the present Owners on Notice will not engage to make them
the Expence to be levied on the County and deducted out of the
Rent and if Owners who engage to repair and do not comply
according to agreement by the last of April then the said Justice or
Representative to have such repairs &c.a done with all Convenient
Speed,

17 That the Justices of the Provincial & County Courts shall give
in Charge to every Grand Jury diligently to enquire and true present-
ment make of all breaches of the Act, and more especially whether
the officers Charge any fees Contrary to the true Intention of the Act
and whether the proprietors of Warhouses, Wharffs, Cranes, Prizes
and other Conveniencies in good repair according to the Same.

18. At the Above meeting of the Representatives and Justices one
Justice and one Representative to be appointed to Cause to be Sur-
veyed and layed out One Acre of Land at Emersons Warehouse in
Talbot County for the use of the Publick none being yet layed out.

19. Inspectors not to deliver Crop Notes or Receipts, for Transfer
unless they have the hhds acctually ready to be delivered for which
they deliver such Notes under penalty of five Pounds for every note
or Receipt so delivered.
