shall Appoint one Justice and one Representative Convenient to each
house to agree for Such Additions, Repairs and Conveniencies in
Case the present owners on notice will not Engage to make them
the expence to be Levied on the County, & deducted out of the Rent,
and if owners who engage to repair, and do not comply according
to agreement by the last of April, then the said Justice and Repre-
sentative to have such repairs &ca done, with all convenient Speed
That the Justices of Provincial and County Courts shall give in
Charge to every Grand Jury, diligently to enquire, and true present-
ment make, of All Breaches of the Act; and more especially, Whether
the Officers Charge any fees Contrary to the true Intention of the
Act, and whether the Proprietors of Warehouses keep the Houses,
Wharffs, Cranes, Prizes, & other Conveniencies, in good repair,
according to the Same.
At the Above meeting, one Justice & one Representative to be ap-
pointed, to Cause to be, Surveyed and layed out, one Acre of Land
at Emersens Warehouse in Talbot County, for the Use of the
Public, none being yet layed but
Inspectors not to deliver Crop Notes or Receipts for Transfer
unless they have the Hogsheads actually ready to be delivered for
which they deliver such Notes under penalty of five Pounds for
every Note or Receipt so delivered.
That there be a penalty of £100, upon each Inspector, in Case of
an Inspection house being burnt, where it Can be made appear to be
by the Neglect of such Inspector

said Report shall be taken into consideration this Afternoon or on
the Morrow Morning
Resolved, that it be taken into consideration on the Morrow
Morning.
The petition of Draper Lusby & ffrances his Wife Ex.th of the
last will & testament of John Hynson, late of Kent County deceased,
and Matthew Bryan of Queen Anns County, was read the first time,
and Ordered to lye on the Table.
The house adjourns till 2, of the Clock

The house met according to Adjournment &c.a

The petition of James Davis, the petition of Daniel Cresap Michael
Cresap John Walker, Nathan Triggs, William Young Abraham
Richardson, & Ezekiel Johnson, and the petition of Richard Richard-
