The Sheriff and Collector of excize and Land Tax of Cecil County
has rendered no accounts nor paid any Money for Wheel Carriages
in 1755 and 1756, nor for Billiard Tables or Batchelors Tax in 1756,
1757, & 1763 or for Excize or Land Tax from June 1756, to Nov.r
1757, also owes half a years Excize ending 29th Sept.r 1763.
The Sheriff of Baltimore County has not accounted for the
Batchelors Tax in 1763 the Collector of the Land tax has not paid
the half Years Ending March 25th 1763, nor has the Collector of
the Excize accounted for or paid the half Years Excize to 29th
September 1763, — The Sheriff of Talbott County has not paid the
Batchelors Tax in 1763, nor the Taxes on Wheel Carriages and
Billiard Tables for 1762, And the Collector of Excize of Same
County has not paid the half Years Excize due 29th Sept.r 1763, —
The Sheriff of Worcester County has not accounted for any Wheel
Carriages in 1761, and 1762, nor paid the Batchelors Tax in 1762,
and 1763, and the Collector of Excize of said County hath not paid
the half years Excize due 29th. 1763.
The Sheriff and Collectors of Excize and Land Tax of Frederick
County has made no payment of any of the Taxes and Duties due
this Present Year, All which is Submitted to the Consideration of
both Houses of Assembly this 24th Day of Nov.r 1763,
