By the Upper House of Assembly 23.d November 1763

The Fate of the Bill we this Morning returned to You making
it necessary that many Additions be made to the Journal of Accounts

the Clerk of the Council the usual allowance a Point this House will
ever insist on we are apprehensive some other just Claims have been
disregarded and therefore shall not pass it without a Carefull Exami-

[There is a break here in the record. The clerk has failed to make
any entries for the afternoon session of Nov 23 and for the earlier
portion of the morning session of Nov 24*4 leaving a page and a
half blank in the record book. Unfortunately there are no rough
session notes for 1763 to fill out this void. — EDITOR.]
