Read the first and second time in this house and with the following
Amendments will pass — after the Words paid to, in the 10.th Line
of the 4.th Page insert the following "such Persons as shall by the
Justices of Baltimore County in Court sitting be annually chosen and
appointed"
Leave out the fifth Page and to the Word shall in the fourth Line
of the Sixth Page and insert the following Words "and be it further
Enacted by the Authority aforesaid that the Clerk of the said
market to be appointed as aforesaid" — Leave out the Words Elected
and Chosen as often as they occur in the Bill and insert at the End
of the Bill the following Clause saving to His Most sacred Majesty
his heirs and Successors, the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary
his heirs and Successors, and to all Bodies Politick and Corporale
and all Others not mentioned in this Act their several and Respective
Rights.
