expose to Sale at Publick Vendue to the Highest Bidder the follow-
ing Tracts or Parcels of Land, that is to say the said Tobias
Stansbury's Part of a Tract of Land called Fellfoot enlarged lying
in Frederick County containing one thousand and Six Hundred
Acres, also one other Tract of Land lying in the same County
called Hallams Lookout containing two hundred and fifteen Acres,
likewise two other Tracts of Land lying in Baltimore County the
one called Stansbury's Inheritance Containing one thousand four
hundred and forty acres the other Tract called Rosses Manor con-
taining Seven Hundred and Seventy Acres or any or either of them
or such part or parts of them or of any or either of them as may
be sufficient to raise Money to Satisfy and pay the Debts still re-
maining due from the said Tobias Stansbury as aforesaid three
months Notice of the Time and Place of such Vendue being first
given in the Maryland and Pensilvania Gazette, and the said Lands
or any or either of them, or any part or Parts of them or of any or
either of them and all the Estate Right and Title of the said Tobias
Stansbury therein respectively at the Time of his Death to make
over and Convey by Indenture of Bargain and Sale or by any other
Proper Conveyance to any Person or Persons who shall bid and
give the best and highest price therefore as fully and Effectually to
all Intents and Purposes as if the said Mary Stansbury was herself
in her own Right Seized of and in the like Estate in the said

Lands and other the Premises respectively as the said Tobias
Stansbury was Seized of at the Time of his Death and the monies

arising on such sale or Sales to lay out apply and dispose of for and

towards the Payment and Satisfaction of the Debts of the said
Tobias Stansbury which he did owe at the Time of his Death and still
remain due and unsatisfied and to the Satisfaction and discharge
whereof the Personal Estate of the Said Tobias Stansbury will not
extend. And the overplus thereof if any shall be and remain and shall
be secured for and paid to such Person or Persons in the same
manner and in the Same proportions as the several Lands which in
Virtue of this Act shall be actually sold are by the said last Will
and Testament directed or permitted to pass. And to the End that
discovery may be made of such overplus if any should be and
that the same may be duly secured accordingly.

Be it Enacted that the said Mary Stansbury shall before such
sale or Sales give Bond with sufficient Sureties to the Deputy
Commissary of Baltimore County in the same manner and Form
as is usual in Cases of Intestates Estates (which said Bond shall
be by him Transmitted to and lodged in the Prerogative Office)
with Condition to the same that the said Mary Stansbury shall
dispose of any Account for the Monies arising by such Sale or
Sales Agreeably to the Intention of this Act and shall at such Sale
or Sales produce a Certificate for the said Deputy Commissary
