aforesaid, the Governor or Commander in Chief for the Time being,
shall and may nominate and appoint any other Person or Persons,
mentioned in the last Recommendation to be sent him from the
Vestry and Churchwardens, when, and as often as any such Vacancy
shall or may happen.

And be it further Enacted, That the Inspector for the Time being,
at the said Warehouse, shall be under the same Duties, Obligations,
Restrictions, and Penalties, and enjoy the same Privileges that other
Inspectors do, and are under, by the said recited Act; and that all
Tobacco carried to the same Warehouse, and the Notes for the same,
shall be good and negotiable, and upon the same Terms, and under
the Securities, that all Tobacco and Notes are mentioned to be by
the said recited Act: And that the same Warehouse, and the Under-
taker or Undertakers for the same, shall be under the like Incum-
brances, and receive the like Benefits and Advantages, that other
such Warehouses and Owners are under and do receive by the said
recited Act.

[Inspector's
Duty and
Privileges.]

And be it further Enacted, That there shall be annually allowed
to the Inspector of the said Warehouse, the Sum of Thirty Pounds,
in the same Manner that the Salaries are allowed to other Inspectors
by the said recited Act.

[Salary.]

And be it further Enacted, That the Overplus of all the Money
arising by the Profits of the said Warehouse, more than will defray
the necessary Charges and Disbursements thereof, shall be applied
by the Justices of the said County, yearly, and every Year, during
the Continuance of the said recited Act, towards defraying the

Charges of the said County: But in Case there should be a Deficiency
therein, and that the Profits of the said Warehouse will not be suffi-
cient to answer the necessary Charges and Disbursements of the
same, that then and in such Case the Justices aforesaid shall, at their
November Court yearly, during the Continuance of the said Act, levy
such a Sum of Current Money, by an equal Assessment on the
several taxable Inhabitants of the said County, as will make up
such Deficiency, together with a Salary of Six Pounds per Cent,
to the Sheriff for collecting the same.

This Act to continue and be in Force during the Continuance of
the said recited Act.
