     Liber B No. 1    thirds parts of the hire of the boate. The deft Roads did acknowledge
              tht the agreemt was as abouesaid The Courte doth hereupon thinke
              fitt & ordr tht the deft Roads shall pay unto the plantiff Cothingam
              the summe of one hundred thirty two pounds of tobacco & allso Court
              Charges.

                 Lying & being betweene Chaptanke & Wattkins pointe &c
                      January the 10th 1665

                Whereas itt appeares tht there is due unto John Johnson upon bill
              signed by John Elzey deceased six hundred pounds of tobacco &
              Caske from Charles Ballard the Now husband of Susanah the relict
              & administratrix of the aforesaid John Elzey: And thear upon the
              Court doth order tht the said Charles Ballard doe pay six hundred
              pounds of tobacco & Caske to the said John Johnson within forty
              dayes otherwayes execution

              Courte then & there did Confesse a Judgemt for a Cowe & Calfe &
              one hundred pounds of tobacco unto Randall Revell as Attourney
              one the behalfe of Thomas Benton & John Parker And there upon the
              Courte doth order the said Edward Hasword to pay the said Cowe &
              Calf e & one hundred pounds of tobacco to Randall Revell accordingly
