     The said William Jones Declares that Rowland Bladder is Indebted
   unto him Sixe hundred Ninty one pounds of Tobacoe the Dedefft
   make Oath to an Accompt of Two hundred Thirty three due from
   the Plat, The Courtt hath Ordred that Rowland Bladder make Pres
   ent payment of foure hundred & fifty Eight pounds of tobacoe to
   William Jones with Cost of sute

   Nich: Wyotte Plt by his Attorney Will Jones:
   Rowland Bladder Defft
     The Plaint Declares that the Deift is Indebted unto him the sum
   of three eighty foure pounds of Tobacoe & Cask by Byll the Rowland
   Accknowledges a Judgmt of the fore said the Courtt hath ordred
   Rowland Blaidder make present payment of Three hundred & eighty
   foure pounds of tobacoe With Cost of Sute

   Petter Underwood Plt The Plat by his Attorney Rober stapleford
   George Watts Defft Declares that the Deift George Watts Stands
   Indebted to him the Sum of Seven hundred Pounds of Tobacoe due
   by bill: the Defft George Watts Proues By Nich: Hackett the Attor
   ney of Petter Underwood the last yeare that he the said Watts paid
   foure hundred and two pounds of tobacoe for the said Petter Under
   wood use the Courtt hath Ordred that George Watts pay unto Pet
   ter Underwood Two hundred Ninety two pound of tobacoe being
   the Remainder of his Bill with Cost of sute &c

   William Smith Plat The Plant Declares for eight hundred pounds
   Tho: Philipes Dfft of tobacoe Due from the Defft by Bill upon
   Proffe of the Plat, William Smith Bill the Courtt hath ordred that
   Thomas Philips pay unto William Smith Eight hundred pounds of
   Tobacoe with Cost of sute &c

   Robt Skinner Plat The Plant Declares that he is Damnified by
   Samuell Randall Defft Samuell Randall for want of Worke to the
   vallue of Three hundred Pound of tobacoe But the Plantiue Could
   Proue noe Damage Therefore the Courtt hath ordred the said samuel
   Randall a Nonsute

   Tho: Earle Plat The Deffendt Craues a Refferance to the next [p.—]
   Rober Skinner Defft Courtt that he may Bring Euedence in his
