   Salters to speack with price but Salter & Price beeinge neither of thm Liber A
   at horn yr dep left word saltrs wiff tht it was prices best Course
   to goe to south & make his peace him, & shee tellinge her husband
   & Price what yr dep had sayd, the went to south & Price ackn
   hee had done him an Injurie & made an end & furthr saith not

     Nickolas Pickard sworn Affirmes the sam in the formr depo till it
   Corn to the boy tellinge the wenches & further saith not

     The plaintiffes hauinge made appeare to the Court tht theare is
   Just Cause of suspition agst the sd Wm Price of his unlawfull killinge
   of hoggs And tht hee is Alsoe Culpable of the breach of an Act of
   Assembly in killinge of a markt hogg Contrarie to the sd Act
     The Court doth thearefore Order tht the sd Wm Price (beeinge
   Conceiued unable to pay a fine exprest in tht Act affore mentioned)
   for his punnishment shall attend the next Court & shall in Open Court
   stand with a papper upon his breast declaringe his offence, soe longe
   tym as the Court shall appoint, And shall make a publicke acknowledg
   ment of his fault, And also shall Repaire Cranie bridge soc as to
   lie halfe a foote aboue a Cothon high wattr, with a Raille to it, &
   the bridge to bee well stak't & made fast in his place, & this to bee
   pformd before The next Court
     And wheareas the said Salter & Price haue liued togather, in on
   house & familie, in this tyme of suspition It is furthr Ordered tht
   theare shall bee a seperation, & tht the sd Price shall forthwith
   remoue & noe longer abide, or Remaine, in house or familie, with the
   sd John Salter; & shall pay Court Charges els Execution

     Wheareas the Court hath Rec In formation tht Wm Price & Jane
   Salter haue beene much acustomed to take the name of God in vaine
   theare by transgressinge both the lawes of God & man, but in pticuler
   tht Wm Price swore three othes & Jane Salter the wife of Jn°
   Salter swore twoe Othes heareby transgressing an Act of Assembly
   agst tht Sinne puided; dated Octobr 20, 54: no 1 I
     The Court doth thearefore Order tht the sd Wm Price shall pay
   tenne pounds of tob for euerie Oath pticularized in the Information;
   And tht John Salter shall pay tenne pounds of tob for ech of those
   Oathes sworn by his wife forementioned; the one halfe to publicke
   usses & the other halfe to the Informer to bee Collected by the
   Sheriffe with Court Charges els Execution

     mr Tho: Ringgold hath pett~ the Court agst Tho: Hill sinior For
   a debt (due sume twoe monthes agoe) of flue hundred pounds of
   tob and Cask due by bill The deffendant acknowledges the debt, owns
   the bill & tenders satisfaction
