   due to him by Condition from the sd Anthonie
     The Complaint beeinge made apeare by the deffendants own
   Confession The Court doth thearefore ordr tht the sayd Calloway
   shall pforme his seruice accordinge to Condition to the sayd Jn°
   Deare, with Court Charges, Els Execution

     John Erickson Complaines against the Estate of Edward Tarrent 12mo 1655
   desseassed For the pformance of a Certaine Condition dated 22 of Cou
   Octobt 1655 which Condition Remains unsatisfied on Tarrents part
   The Condition pdust & the Complaint proued The Court doth theare
   fore Ordr tht out of the Estat of the sd Tarrent the affore mentioned
   Condition shall bee pformed to the plaintiffe els Execution

     mT Thomas Coil Complaines (by his Attorney mt Hen Carline)
   agst John Gibson For 370lb of tob and Caske due to him by bill
     The debt proued The Court doth thearefore Order tht the sayd
   Gibson shall make prsent payment of the three hundred & seauenty
   pounds of tob with Cask to the sayd mr [blank] Coil with Court
   Charges els Execution

     mr Thomas Hinson (high sheriffe of the Countie) Complains agst
   John Salter & Jn° Deare for seauen hundred pounds of tob due
   to his highnes the Lord Protector: sixe hundred by Ordr of Court
   & one hundred by breach of an Act of Assemblie as is exprest in a
   bill under their hand datted the 28th of Febr 1654 A note also
   under mr Durands hand sec for the Prouince, to Remit of the seven it was 600
   hundred, three hundred puided the foure hundred bee payd
     The bill beeinge pdust & the debt made appeare altogather un
   satisfied The Court doth thearefore Order tht the sd John Salter &
   Jn° Deare shall pay to his highnes the Lord Protector or his
   substitute foure hundred pounds of tob beefore the Expiration of
   tenne dayes, and in default theareof, then ptsent payment to bee
   made by the sd Jn° Salter and Jn° Deare (to his highnes the Lord
   Protector of England or his substitut) of seauen hundred pounds
   of tob with Court Charges els Execution

     mr Wm Eliot & Jno Ringgold the last Court hauinge made a
   pseeding by Course of law, puttinge into the Court their Complaint,
   or declaration agst John Salter Wm Price & Jane the wife of Jno
   Salter, in an Action of suspission of Theft, The suit remaininge
   still in dependance, the plaintiffes dessire a hearinge, & entreat for
   Justice, agst the deffendants, And that the suit may bee Issued
   without further delay

     The depossition off Margret Balie aged 21 yeres or theareaboutes
   Sworne Examined & saith; That Jane Salter beeinge at the depo
