hee hath brought into the Court arnountinge to the aforsd sume of
one hundred & twoe pounds of tob is a Just & true debt & tht hee
hath Rec no part nor psell theareof
The Court doth thearefore Order out of the Estat of the sd Hanson
prsent paymt to bee made of the afforesd debt els execution

against the Estate of Andrew Hanson deseased for twoe thousand
seauen hundred and fifteen pound of tobacc° and Caske The debt
beeinge proued
The Court doth therefore Order that prsent payment bee made
out of the Estate of the sayd Hanson of the twoe thousand seauen
hundred and fifteen pounds of tob and Caske to the plaintiffe els
Execution

Complains against the Estate of Valerus Leo desseassed for one
thousand twoe hundred twenty eaight pounds of tob and Caske;
The debt beeinge proued The Court doth thearefore Order that
prsent payment bee made out of the Estate of the sayd Valerus Leo
of the one thousand twoe hundrd twentie eight pounds of tob and
Caske to the plaintiffe els Execution
Mr Joseph Weickes Complaines against the Estate of Edward
Tarent desseased
for tenn dayes worke 15lb of tob a day;150
And For the sd Tarrents Funerall expences250
The plaintiffe hauinge made the wholl debt apeare Justly
