         Liber A mr Henery Carline Complaines against mrs Broadnox in an Action
              of deffamation & hath pdust twoe wittneses to proue his Complaint
              The deffendant dessires a Refference to the next Court, then & theare
              to be Issued, & determined, Which the Court is pleassed to graunt

               mr Wm Eliot & John Ringgolde Complaine against John Salter
              Wiliam Price & Jane the wife of John Salter in an action of suspison
              theft many hoges beeing lost amongst the neighbors & sume of theire
              own hoges gone tht ussed about whom very strangly of a suden; &
              pork offten seene in theire house & had no hogs of theire owne to
              kill other pticulars susspissious about killinge of hoggs & hauing
              porke in theire house as sumtymes denieinge sumetymes affirminge,
              off & on, in their Answers, with many other sircumstances giuinge
              Just ocassion of suspission and moreouer A peece of Porck singed
              & fatt tacken in the serch by the Constabl & shoed in Court at the
              board, Could no way bee Conceud to bee as the defendant ansrs
              to the Charge; tht this thick fatt singed peece of meat was part of a
              wild small hog tht was kild; the eares weare demanded in Court, the
              plaintife Arnsr was, tht hee layd them by him, & the dogge eat them
               mr Eliot plaintiffe dessires the parties or defendants may bee
              examined apart that twoe of the three may bee tacken away, whis is
              graunted

               from tyme to tyme been seene in yor house, hauinge no hogs of

               hom but the doggs eate the eares of one (it was Replied) but piggs
