9 m° 35 estat of rnt Nicolas Broune desseassed, haue made theire Complaint,
that Valerus Leo, & Andrew Hanson, are indebted by bill to the
afforesayd Estate 650lb of tob
Capt Vaughan sworne Examined & savth that theare is
a bill or spessialtie whearin the sd Haiison & Leo are
engaged to pay mr Nicolas Broun 650lb of tob or

doth Affirm the same verbatum tht Capt Vaughan hath
exprest in his Oath & furthr saith not

Hanson & Valerus Leo of the forementioned tob els Execution
Wheareas Anicake Hanson Relict of Andrew Hanson dessessed
hath petisiond the Court and Renounst her husbands estate dessiringe
the Court to take order Concerninge the same as in discression the
shall thincke fitte, For the satisfling of Creditores & her Releiffe
The Court doth theare fore Ordr that mr Thomas Hinson high
sherife of the Countie, shall take the sd Estate into his Custodie, and
Endeauor to find out euerie part & psell theareof, & bringe it into
on Inuentorie or acc~, to bee brought in to the Court, that soe the
sayd Estat may bee disburst accordinge to law & Contience
Ritchard Blunt hauinge pettissioned the Court Complaines that
Robert Gamer is indebted to him 1250lb of tob hath pdust a bill
under the sd Garners hand & made the debt apeare
The Court doth thearefore Order that prseflt payment bee made
of the Afforesd debt of 1250lb of tob in Caske with Court Charges
els Execution
Tho: Hill Complaines that William Fletcher is indebted to him
by bill 150lb of tob the bill pdust & the debt Cleard The which bill
beeinge made when the sd Fletcher was in his seruice or Aprentiship
to mT Conier It is the Judgment of the Court the bill is not Authentick
Franchis Barnes hauinge pettissioned the Court Complaines tht
mr Tho Ward is indebted to him tob & things lent The deffendant
heinge by sicknes disabled to attend the Court dessires by his Attor
ney Capt Russell a Refference which the Court is pleased to graunt
