     mr Henery Morgan hath made his Complaint that for the tyme LiberA
   of Faight weeckes hee harbored in his house, Cherisht and kept
     with meat drinck & Atendance in the tyme of his sicknes Valerus
     Leo & was at Charges in funerall Expences and desires satisfaction
     The Complaint Cleared
     The Court doth thearefore Order that in full satisfaction for all
   the afforementioned Charges prsent payment shall be made out of
   the Estate of Valerus Leo to the sd mr Morgan 600lb of tobacco
   els Execution

     Anicak Hanson Complaines Against the Estate of Valerus Leo 9 Mo: 29th
   that the sd Leo was Indebted to her husband Andrew Hanson 1655
   680lb of tob

             mr Tho: Hinson sheriffe of the Countie aged 35 yrs
             or thear abouts sworn Examined and saith That hee
             heard Valeruse Leo a little before his death Owne &
             acknowledge that hee Owed to Andrew Hanson 680lb
             of tob & further saith not Signu Tho Hynson
             Anicak Hanson widow aged 36 yers or thera sworn
             Examined & saith that thear is due to her from the
             Estat of Valerus Leo 680lb of ton, & tht shee hath
             Rec no part nor psell theareof & further sayth not
     Anicak Hanson hauinge mad her Complaint The Court doth
   thearefore Order tht out of the Estate of the sd Leo prsent payment
   bee made of the sd 680lb of tob els Execution

     mr Henery Carline Complaines tht mr Tho: Ringold is indebted
   to him uppon accoumpt 282lb of tob and mr Ringgold by his
   Attorney mr Tho: Hinson hath balanst soe much of the accoumpt
   that theare Rests due to the sd Carline 134lb of tob
             mm Hen: Carlin sworn Examined & saith that the
             accoumpt which hee hath brought in to the Court
             against mr Ringgold is a Just & true accoumpt &
   A Depossition further saith not:

     The sd Carline hauinge made appeare to the Court 134lb of tob
   to bee Just due The Court doth thear fore Order that prsent payment
   bee made by mr Ringold of the sd 134lb of tob to the plaintife with
   Court Charges els Execution

     John Elisse hauinge petissioned the Court Complaines that Robert
   Gamer is indebted to him 350lb of tob upon a true & Just accoumpt

             John Elisse sworn Examined and saith that Robert
   A Depossition Gamer is indebted to him 350lb of tots & that hee hath

              Rec no part nor psell theareof & further saith not
