336 Kent County Court Proceedings, 1675-1676.

         Liber C    bargaine & sell Alien Enfeoffee & Confirme, unto him the said Mor
               gon Jones his heires & Assignes for Ever All tht parcell, or tract of
               land containeing & laid out for one hundred & twenty five Acres be
               it more or less scituate lyeing & being in kent County in the province
               aforesd Commonly knowne or Called by the name of Pentridge, be
               gining at a marked Popler, runing in length North west fower hun
               dred Pearches & in breadth southwest fiftie pearches as by Fatten
               appeares Togeather wth all & singulr the rights & benefittes there
               unto belonging & also all pattens deedes writeings Evidences Mani
               scriptes touching or in any wise Concerneing the prmisses or any part
               or parcell of thm with all & singulr its rightes members Jurisdicons
               prvilidges proffittes or benefittes belonging or in any wise apper
               taineing To haue & to hold the sd parcell of land & all & singuler the
               before bargained prmisses unto him the said Morgon Jones his heires
               & Assignes for Ever & the sd William Davis both for himselfe his
               heires Exrs & Admstrs heareby Covenant & grant to & with the sd
               Morgon Jones his heires & Ass tht the sd Wittim Davis his heires &
               Ass, the sd parcell or Tract of land & all & other the bargained prmisses
               unto him the sd Morgon Joanes his heires & Ass, agst all manner of
               persons wtsoeuer, Claimeing by from or under him thm or any of
               them shall & will for Ever heareafter warrant & defend by these
               prsentes the rentes & services wch from hence forth from time to time
               for & in respect of the prmisses wch shall grow dew & payable, to
               the Cheife Lord or Lords, in respect of his or theire signory or
               signoritys onely Excepted & foreprized & further the said Witlim
               Davis his heires & Ass. shall & will from time to time & at all times
               heareafter at the request & at the prop Costes & Charges in the Law,
               of him the sd Morgon Jones his heires or Ass, make doe Execute &
               suffer, or cause to be made donn Executed or sufferred all & Every
               such further & other Act or Acts thing or things divice or divices
               assurance or Assurances what soeuer requisett in the prmisses for
               the better Assureing & sure makeing of the said bargained prmisses
               unto him the said Morgon Joanes his heires Executors Administra
               tors & Assignes for Ever be it by Inrollment of these prsents fine
               feoffmt or other wayes or by any other such lawfull wayes or meanes
               as by him the Morgon Jones his heires or Assignes or his or theire
               Councell learned in the Law, shalbe reasonably devised advised or
               required, In wittnes whereof the parties to these ptsentes have Inter
