   to thm the sd Thomas warren senir & Thomas warren Junir, theire
   heires Exrs Administrs or Assignes to the wch paymt well & truly to be
   made, I doe binde my heires Exrs Administrs or Assignes firmly by
   these prsentes sealed with my seale & dated ths 20th day of January
   in the yeare of or Lord 1675
     The Condicon of this Obligacon is such tht if the aboue bounden
   John Hendrickson his heires Executors Administrators or Assignes
   shall for his or theire part well & truly hold obserue performe full
   fill & keepe all & singulr the Covenant Grantes Articles & Agree
   mentes wch on the part & behalf of them the sd Thomas warren senir
   & Thomas warren Junir are to be observed performed fullfilled &
   kept Contained & specified in a Certaine paire of Indentures beareing
   date the day & date heare of made betwixt the sd John Hendrickson
   of the one part & Thomas Warren senir & Thomas warren Junir both
   of the other part according to the true Intent & Meaneing thereof,
   that then this obligacon to be voide & of none effect or else to stand
   remaine & abide, in full force power strength & vertue, furthermore
   if there be any part or pcell of land taken away from the heed of the
   Land by samueil Penckes lines that the sd J no Hendrickson is to sat
   isfie them sd Thomas warren senir & Thomas warren Junir ac
   cording to the price of the whole Track of land in proportion

     Ellis Humphrey came to Court ths Day & Entred Alienaton for
   one hundred & twenty five Acres of Land called Pentridge web he
   bought of Lawrence simonds & Seath his wife.

     This Indenture made the 15th day of February in the 44th yeare of [lot. 69]
   the dominion of Caccillius absolute Ld & Propr of thc Province of
   Maryland & Avalon Ld Barron of Baltemore, &c Annop Dthi 1675/6
   Betweene William Davis of the County of kent in the Province of
   Maryland, Cooper, of the one partie & Morgon Jones of the same
   Conty & province planter of the other party Witteseth tht the sd Wil
   liam Davis for & in Consideracon of ten thowsand pounds of Tobb:
   to him in hand pd by the said Morgon Joanes the Receipt wheare of
   the Wittim Davis doth heareby acknowledge & himself therewith
   fully satisfied Contented & paid & thereof & of Every part and parcell
   thereof doth Clearly acquitt exonerate & discharge, the sd Morgon
   Joanes his heires Exrs Admistms & Assignes for Ever & by these
   prsentes hath giuen granted barganed Aliened sold Enfeofed & Con
   firmed & by these prsents doth fully Clearely & Absolutely giue grant
