334Kent County Court Proceedings, 1675-1676.





         Liber C    for length & from thence running southwest fifty pearches untill
               it Interceptes the said Hudsons Line, & from thence running up the
               sd Hudsons untill it Intercepts the first bounded Tree, aforesd Con
               taineing & now laid out for one hundred & twenty five Acres, To
               geather, with all rightes proffitts or benefitts thereunto belonging or in
               any wise appertaineing with all pattens deedes Writeings Evidence
               or Maniscripps touching or in any wise appertaineing or Concerneing
               the said prmisses or any part or pcell thereof, & they the sd Thomas
               warren senir & Thomas warren Junir; To haue & to hold the sd Tract
               of land with all & singulr the Rts Members & Appurtenances wt soeü
               belonging or in any wise appertaineing unto them the sd Thomas
               warren senir~ & Thomas warren Junir, theire heires Exrs Admrs or
               Assignes for Ever, & the said Jno Hendrickson for him self his
               heires Exrs & Admistrs doth heareby Covenant & agree, to & with
               thm the sd Thomas warren senir & Thomas warren Junir their heires
               Exrs Admistrs or Assignes tht he the sd John Hendrickson doth
               heareby binde himself his heires Exrs Adrnrs & Assignes against all
               mannr of persons wtsoeuer tht shall Challeng or Claime any right
               title or Intrest in or of the said Land, or any part or parcell thereof,
               in from by or under him them or any of them According to Law, but
               doe & shall heareafter, Warrant & defend by these prsentes the rentes
               & services which from time to time for & in respect of the prmisses
               wch shall grow dew & payable, to the Cheife Lord or Lords in respect
               of his or theire signoritie or signorities onely Excepted & f ore-
               prized & further the sd Jno Hendrickson & his heires Exrs Admis
               trators shall & will from time to time & at all times heareafter during
               the space of seaven yeares at the request & at the proper Cost &
               Charges in law of him the sd Thomas warren senir & Thomas warren
               J unir theire heires Executors Admistrs or Asignes to theire onely use
               & behoof for Ever be it by Inrollment of these prsentes fine feofment
               or any such Act or Actes things or things divise or divises as they
               the sd Thomas Waren senir & Thomas warren Junir theire heires
               Executors Admrs or Assignes or theire Councell learned in the Law,
               that shall reasonably be devised Advised or required In wittness
               wheareof, the parties to these prsentes have hereunto Interchangably
               sett to theire handes & fixed theire seales ths 20th of January 1675
