               Action of the Case to the vallue of 3000lb of Tob. for this he bringeth
               his suyte wart Issued. 3 subps in this suyte

                John Dabb demandeth wart versus Capt Robt Vaughan in an Actn
               of debt to the vallue of 300lb of Tob. & Caske for this he bringeth his
               suyte. wart Issued.

                Seth Foster demandeth wart versus Coppage in an Action of
               Debt to the vallue of 100lb of Tob & Caske for this he bringeth his
               suyte wart Issued

                William Bagar demandeth wart versus Dauid Maine in an Actn of
               Battery, for this he bringeth his suyte wart Issued, I subp:

               was giuen to mrs Bradnox as her owne. The Atturny pleads his
               order & Instructions is to Craue an Apeale wheare upon the Plant
               & Deft come to agreemt & tht the Deft shall pay to the Plant 500lb
               of Toil wth Caske. The Court doth order the Deift to pay Coste of
               suyte Else E.xecn.

                Matthew Reade hath brought his man Mouse to the Court for
               beinge a Constant Runnaway From his Maisters Seruice & the Sar
               uant haueinge nothinge to say in his owne defence The Court hath
               ordered tht the sd Mouse shall haue 25 good Sound Lashes & if here
               after the sd Saruant shall runn away againe, The Court doth order
               tht any of the Inhabitants tht shall finde him shall whipp him home
               againe to his Mr & not giue him any Entertainemt and his Maistr to
               giue thm satisfaction for their paines.

                Know all men by these prsence tht I John Burage of the County of
