                 The Plant in his Pet” moues, that he is Scandilized by the Defft, &
                requires proofe thereof or otherwise punishmt of the Deft accordinge
                to Law & Justice The defendt produceth euidence & proues tht Capt
                Thö Bradnox swore diuers Oathes & Capt Bradnox confest tht it was
                in his Passion.
                 The Court proceed to order Mr Hen. Morgan doth Judge the
                Plant to pay two hundred Pounds of Toil. mt Wickes Doth Judge tht
                in reguard it is the second offence & Conuiction in Court shall pay
                three hundred Pounds of Toll, beinge accordinge to Law or Acte of
                Assembly: Mr Phitt Conner doth Judge that the Plant shall paye two
                hundred Pounds. Capt Robt Vaughan Judge of the Court haueinge
                the Castinge vote doth Judge the same wth mr wickes beinge three
                hundred Pounds of Toll one moiety to the Lord Propr the other half e

                went downe & they ware quarilinge, & yor Depont heard Capt Thö
                Bradnox Sweare some Oathes, But yor Depont knoweth not how

                nox seruis, & complaineth to the Maiestrate Mr Joseph wickes of
                abuses & stripes giuen her by her mistres wthout Cause. Whereupon
                the Maiestrate commits her to the Constable, & to send her home if
                Conueniently he may, or else to bringe her to the next Court & the
                Constable said he could not gett her to her Maisters house but hath
