    This Bill bindeth me Edd Rogers of Kent County Plantr me my Liber B
   Heires or Assignes to pay or cause to be payd unto Jon Dabb or his
   Assignes, the full & Just some & quantity of one Thousand & Fower
   teene Pounds of good sound Marchble Toil in Leafe & Caske accord
   inge to the Acte of Assembly, to be payd at in or upon the day
   of Noü next ensuinge the day of the date hereof, & For the better
   securitie of the aboue mentioned Debt I the afore sd Edd Rogers doe
   by theis prsents Firmely binde & make ouer unto the aforesd John
   Dabb all my whole croppe of Toil planted this prsent yeare upon Rich
   Blunts plantacon and doe alsoe firmly by theis prsents, binde my
   selfe my Heires or Assignes not to dispose of any pt or pcell there of
   untili the aboue menconed debt be satisfied as witnesse my hand this
