List, to Leuy the same wth Caske by way of Execü.

The next Court is appointed the First day of Decemb. next
ensuinge.
Be it knowne unto all men by these prsents that wee Nicholas
Browne & Henry Morgan both of the Isle of Kent doe hereby Couent
& Oblidge our selues our Heires Execrs Adminrs & Assignes to pay or
cause to be payd to Leiftent Hinson High Sheriffe of Kent, Fiue
Thousand Pounds of Tob of good Marchtble Toil in Leafe & Caske to
be payd upon all demands. In witnesse whereof we haue here unto
put our hands & seales this 25th of Aprill 1655
The Condicon of this obligacon is such that if the abouc bounden
mr Nicholas Browne shall make his parsonall appearance at the next
Prouintiall Court to be holden at Prouidence & make good his appeale
& Charge there accordinge to two orders of Court & to sane the
Sheriff of Kent harmelesse that then this Bond to be voyd & of none
effect or else the same to remaine in full power Force & vertue

[fol. 65] The Court hath ordered, that this Bond to Leift Hinson, From mr
Nicholas Browne & mr Henry Morgan shall be Canceled, & diliuered
into mr Morgans hands wch was done accordingely.

Smith by spetialty for seuen hundred Pounds of Toil, for wch he hath
Bound ouer his Cropp of Toil, now hanginge, And hath Confest
Judgemt. The Court doth order prsent paymt Else Execn.

John Dabb prsenteth a Bill of Edd Rogers, due to the sd Dabb of
one thousand & Fowerteene pounds of Toil wth Caske wth the wit
nesses declare in Court was the sd Rogers Acte & deede, And doe
order the same to be Recorded.
