           Liber B John Olliuer Demandeth his Rights of Land WCh he testifieth on
               oath in Court is not yet taken up or Conueyed to any other pson wch
               is for his owne tranceporte into this Province in the yeare 1653, to
               take on the esterne shore he doth now Assigne ouer the same to John
               Jenkins and to his heires for euer.
                                    Teste me John Cowrsey Clar.

         [fol. 62] The marke of Cattle belonginge to John Erickson Junir the sonn
               of Jon Erickson. Cropt on both Eares, & a hole in both, ouer keeld
               on the Left, And under Keeld on the Right Eares.

                Know tht I John Cowrsey haue giuen & doe by theis prsents giue
               unto John Erickesone Junr one Cow Calf e, wch I had of his Father
               for a Debt due to me of one hundred & eighty seuen Pounds of Tob,
                was this years Calfe, of a Cow bought of mr Robt Browne, & I
               freely giue the same to the sd Jon Erickson Jur & his heires for euer.
               Acknowledged in Court the first day of Oct. 1659

                Andrew Helenas marke of Cattle & Hoggs Cropt on both eares, &

               Keeld & two slitts under the Eare and the Lefte Eare Cropt.

                The Constable prsenteth John Deere for default of plantinge half
               an Acre of Come lesse then his proportion Accordinge to Acte of
               Assembly.

                Deliuerance Louly Demandeth wart versus Ann Murill in an Ac
               tion of the Case for this he bringeth his suyte

                John Salter demandeth wart versus Ann Murill in an Action of
               Defamacon, in behalfe of his wife Jane Salter, for this he bringeth
