     The Plant will Leeds demands a debt by Bill of fower hundred
   Pounds of Tob. & Caske wch the deft Acknowledgeth. The Court
   doth order prseflt paymt to be mayd wth Court Charges Else Execü.

     William Chanipe beinge tendred the oath of fidellity by Capt
   Vaughan hath redily taken the same in Court & there upon demandeth
   his Rights of Land wch is for his owne transportacon fifty Acres due

     The Plant demands a debt wch is three hundred & fifty Pounds of
   Tob wth Caske. the Defendt doth Confesse the same to be due. The

     The Plant will price demandeth some Bills and Acos in the hands of
   the Deft Thö Ringgold, whereupon he Craues a Refferance to the

   Debtr wch mr Morgan doth plead, the Court doth therefore order
   tht mT Morgan shall haue a nonsuyt against the sd Hopkins for his
   uniust molestacon wth Charges of suyt, But mr Morgan hath Remited
   the sd non suyt
