               John Russell complth
                Whereas mr John Russell hath moued this Court Touchinge some
               grounde leues or Bad Tob. recd from John Jenkins & noe Testimony
               in the Matter. The Courte doth therefore order, wth the Concent of
               both ptyes, That Morgan Williams & William Leeds shall view the
               sd Tob.. & the sd viewers shall giue their Judgmt whether any allow
               ance, or what allowance if any there shall be, is to be allowed to mr
               John Russell, & the sd two viewers to put a period or determinacon
               in this sd differance wthin two dayes at the Furthest

               Hen: Morgan Plt.
               Rod Knap Deft.
                The Plant, demands a Debt by Bill & Acc° to the vallue of one
               Thousand three hundred eighty fower pounds of Tob Caske, wch
               the Defendt doth Acknowledge due. the Court doth therefore order
               the debt to be payd to the Plant wth the Charges of suyt. Else Execü.

               Tho Ringgold Deft.
                The Court beinge Informed by Tho Hill That he was Joynt Execor
               with his Mother by vertue of his fathers will wch doth not yet ap
               peare, The Court doth Therefore order that the matter herein be
               Refered to the next Court, for further proofe, as touchinge the sd
               will, & for their further Judgmt8 there upon.

               Will Price Deft
                The Plant Tho Ringgold demands a debt by Bill & Acc° the some
               of Three hundred Eighty two Pounds of Tob wch the Defft will
               Price Acknowledgeth the Court Doth therefore order prsent paymt
                Court Charges to the Plant Else Execun

               Will Leeds Plant
               Jon. Jenkins Deft
                The Plant Will Leeds demands a debt by Bill of the Deft John
               Jenkins wch is six hundred ninty fowcr pounds of Tob & Caske wch
               John Jenkins doth acknowledge. The Court doth therefore order to
