    The Plant not makeinge it appeare tht Edward Hull did Cause the
   report of slander, & the Count findeinge tht there was noe Just cause
   of suyt, doth therefore order tht the Deft shall haue a non suyt with
   Count Charges Else Execü

    Mr Edward Lloyd demandeth Attachmt against the Esstate of
   Samuell Edsell for a debt of one thousand two hundred pounds of
   Tdb & for this bringeth his suyt.

    Mr Edward Lloyd demandeth Attachmt for Rich: Owen versus
   the Esstate of Peter Parker for 750lb of Tofl, for this he bringeth
   his suyt Peter Parker not answaringe to the suyt of mr Lloyd the
   Atturny of Richard Owen, & the Court findeinge the Debt due upon
   bill to be six hundred & twenty Pounds of Tob wth Caske, the Court
   doth therefore Order tht the sd mr Lloyd shall haue satisfacon for the
   debt out of the sd Parkers Esstate, wth the Charges of the suyt else
   Execn

    John winchester demandeth want versus John Deere in an Action
   of debt to the vallue of one thousand fowen hundred Pounds of Tob
   & for this he bringeth his suyt. wart ret.

   the Plant John winchester upon bond the some of thirteene hundred
   flinty & one pounds of Tob wth Caske. The Court doth therefore

   Changes of the suyt Else Exec.n

    John Cownsey Gent: the Attunny of mr John Temple, demandeth
   want versus Tho: Hinson in an Actn of debt for 400lb of Tob &
   Caske, & for this he bringeth his suyt. wart ret.

    Tho: Hill dernandeth wart versus John Cowrsey, the Attunny of
   Rich: Turny for security of a debt of six hundred Pounds of Tob,
   & for this bningeth his suyt.

    Capt Thomas Bradnox versus will williams in an Actn of Debt of
   flue hundred & fifty pounds of Tob, & for this bringeth his suyt.

    Phill Conner Gent. demandeth wart versus mt Thomas Ringgold
   in an Actn of Debt for one thousand & one hundred Pounds of To15.
   for this he bringeth his suyt. wart ret.

    Will Williams demandeth wart versus Capt Thomas Bradnox in
