     Capt Robt Vaughan Sworne 20th July 1658
     Saith That beinge at st Maryes somtime in March, 1652 at A
   Court there holden me Thomas Hatton tooke out Execn against
   Francis Lumbard For Fees tht the sd Lumbard had receiued of
   mr Hattons on the Isle of Kent. Mr Thomas Marsh beinge there
   prsent desired mr Hatton to stay the seruinge the Execn for it would
   undoe the the sd Lumbard, & That the sd Marsh would receiue the
   TotS For him & to see him payd at the Cropp, if tht hee would deliuer
   him the Execn wch as yor Depont Remembreth was about 2000th of
   TotS or thereabouts & Further saith not.

     Mr Henry Morgan sworne the same time
     Saith That beinge At a Court at Sciuerne sometime aboute Fower
   or Fine yeares since, yor Depont heard Thö: Hinson tell Thomas
   Marsh, tht hee had an Execn For me Hatton against Lumbards Es
   tate, mr Marsh answared what doe you tell me of That sd Marsh
   if you haue neclected yor office For ought I Know you must pay the
   debt, what tell you me of it sd Marsh to Hinson, why did not you
   serue yor Execution, & these ware the words or the Full sence there
   of & Further saith not.

          annexed had past

     Whereas It is the Costome of England gronnded upon the word of
   God that due respect be giuen to Maiestrates: It is therefore Or
   dered by this Court, That noe man prsume excepte a member of the
   Court, to stand wth his hat on his head in the ptsence of the Court,
   whilst the Court is sittinge, or use any unsciuell Language, upon
   paine of such Fine & other punishmt as the Court shall thinke Fit,
   It is ordered by the sd Court that this be Forthwith Published and
