           Liber B Robt Horwood by his Atturny Matthew Reade, Complaineth
               against Robt Gamer in An Acc° of Debt to the vallue of six hun
               dred pounds of TotS, & for this he bringeth his suite wart Issued.
                Nicholas Pickard & Henry Gott appearinge this day in open Court
               ware sworne as Constables for the Isle of Kent accordinge to their
               Diuitions for the due Execution of their said Office.

                Mrs Eliz: Louley sworne in Court for her Rights of Land viz:
               Tho: Ward in the yeare 1650, Deliuerance Louley in tht ycare 1657,
               & John Siluester in the yeare 1657.

                Mrs El: Loueley Acknowledged A deede of sale: mayd to Henry
               Gott of 2oo: Acres of Land at Pointe Loue, in open Court in time
               of her widdowhood, & the same Condicon Attested under the Clarkes

                Andrew Hellena makes 350 Acres of Land appeare upon oath, as
               Rights due to him, viz: first himselfe next Andrew Hanson: An
               nikeck Hanson: Hanse Hanson: Fredricke Hanson Katteren Han
               son: Margret Hanson: wch Rights came in, in the yeare 1653.

                Henry Stoope demandeth 50 Acres of Land, as by guif from the
               Lord Propriatary wch he Testifieth on oath is not taken upp or Con
               uayed away to any other & Joh: Gibson the same & to take up the land

                Henry Tailer & John Gold demandeth 50 Acres of Land a peece,
               wch they giue testimony on oath is not taken up or Conuayed away
               to any other, desires to he Joyntly & seuerally in one wart

                Wm Richards & John Raby demandeth 50 Acres of Land A peece
               as a guift from the Lord Propniatary wch they giue Testimony on
               oath is not yet taken up or conuayd to any other

                Know all men by these prsents, That I Thomas Bradnox Gent,
               for a valluable Consideracon haue sould, & by these prsents doe sell
               make ouer & enfeofe, unto William Richards & George Hall, all tht
               pcell of Land, laid out For two hundred Acres more or lesse, beinge
               pt of that Land of six hundred Acres Granted to me the sd Tho:
               Bradnox by Pattent dated the first of August 1645, boundinge with
               pt of the sd Land now in the hands of Morgan Williams on the North:
