   At a Court holden vpon kent the first of february 1657

     Mr Weeckes complaineth agst Tho: Ringold haueing Married
   the relique & Adminisrrx of the late decedent Tho Hill Senior in an
   Act of the Case & for this he bringeth his suite wart Isued
     That Whereas Mr Weeckes haueing pduced a discharge in court
   from Mr Hills hand that the Weeckes hath satisfied the s' Hill of
   all debtes dues & demands & from a heifer due for scholeing & whereas
   there was order past by the Provintiall Comissrs that the sd Wickes
   should deliuer a heifer vnto Tho: Hill Junior as being due to the
   decedent Tho Hill Senior wch this Court not finding the sd Weeckes
   Indepted vnto the decedent doth therefore order that the sd Ringold
   shall deliuer a heifer vnto the sd Weeckes about the same age that
   was recouered by Tho Hill Junior vpon demand Else Exc

     Whereas there was an order past in the yeare of or Lord 1652 vpon
   kent that the sd Mr Ward was fined the Sum of three hunderd pounds
   of Tobacco for Unlawfull Correction giuen to his seruant Alse Lutt
   both by himselfe & his Wife the sd mr Ward haueing pettioned to
   the provintiall Court & likewise to this Court that the aforesd fine
   hath been paid to frances Lumbar who was then shri fe the sd
   Ward pretending that the discharge was lost by her husband &
   all his wrightings coming from Patuxtent & the sd Tobacco being now
