him for a quarters Sallary and also one thousand three hundred and
thirty three & one third bushels of Wheat due him in lieu of five hun-
dred pounds allowed by the " Act to settle and pay the Civil List and
the other expences of Civil Government." —

Ordered that the Commissary of Provisions for this State deliver
to William Mollohon twelve hundred Bushels of Wheat either at
Baltimore Town or in Harford County or at the Head of Elk in
Caecil County to be by him disposed of for Key, Hamersly and Mollo-
han at not less than five shillings and three pence the bushel. He is
to Account for the Wheat at the price above, unless he sells it tor
more; if for more, at the price he may sell it for. —
That the said Commissary deliver to Samuel T. Wright and James
Brice Esq" each, three hundred and thirty three and one third bushels
of Wheat due them for a Quarter's salary and also to Thomas John-
son junr two hundred Bushels of Wheat due him for a quarter's
Salary ending 3 1st of January last
Commission of Letters of Marque and Reprisal issued to Thomas
Sanders Commander of the Schooner Perseverence, ninety three
Tons burthen navigated by twenty men, mounting six Carriage Guns,
belonging to Thoroughgood Smith, Robert Johnson & others of the
State of Maryland.

Monday 4th March 1782

Commission of Letters of Marque & Reprisal issued to Chas Alex-
ander Commander of the Ship General O Reiley two hundred and
thirty Tons burthen navigated by fifty men, mounting fourteen Car-
riage Guns, belonging to George Meade & Compy of Philadelphia. —
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Lt James John
Skinner fourteen pounds, five shillings and three pence of the Bills
emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca for
Stores to the 1st and also thirty pounds of the same Emission in lieu
of a Suit of Cloaths and four Shirts for the present Year on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green two hundred and
sixty four pounds, nineteen shillings and five pence of the same Emis-
sion to be delivered over to Daniel Hopkins & Compy due them on
a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from
this State.
That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Spears two hundred & thir-
teen pounds, seven shillings of the same Emission to be delivered over
to Zephaniah Spiars Capt & his Company of Militia due them p pay
rolls passed.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Edward Lloyd one thousand
three hundred & forty nine pounds, thirteen shillings and one penny
of the same Emission for ten Certificates dated Novemr 6. 1778
