Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut James Baguess thirty four
pounds, nineteen shillings and nine pence of the same Emission for
Stores to the 28th of February on Account —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Mollohon twenty five
pounds, nineteen shillings and two pence of the same Emission to be
delivered over to Joseph Ford on Account. —

[Council to General Smallwood]

We have 4000 Dollars arrived in Baltimore in the Antelope Capt
Folger, which is for the Recruiting Service : To expedite that Busi-
ness and get the Money into your Hands without Delay, you have
enclosed an Order on the Captain for three thousand nine hundred
Mexican Dollars and his Receipt for the Delivery, after paying the
Freight.

You will deliver to General Smallwood or to his Order three thou-
sand nine hundred Mexican Dollars, of the four thousand shipped
by our Agent from the Havana.

Saturday 2d March 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Venables
thirteen pounds, one shilling and five pence — Capt John Reid two
hundred and nine pounds ten shillings and seven pence — Richard
Ponsonby forty one pounds, thirteen shillings and four pence and
Levi Gantt seven pounds, nineteen shillings and six pence specie
agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Ac-
counts pay roll and Certificates adjusted and passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Jane Urquhart two pounds thir-
teen shillings and six pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due her per Acct passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Dowson two hundred &
nine pounds, ten shillings and seven pence of the same Emission for
the use of Capt John Reid due him on a Certificate issued agreeable
to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Stoddert Esqr forty nine
pounds, twelve shillings and ten pence of the same Emission due on
two Certificates issued agreeable to the Act aforesaid. —
That the said Treasurer pay to John Randall three hundred and
fifty eight pounds, fourteen shillings and nine pence specie due him

for his last Years Salary per Account paeeed.

Ordered that the Commissary of Provisions for this State deliver
to his Excellency Governor Lee one thousand Bushels of Wheat due
