That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Elihu Hall of the 1st Regi-
ment thirty pounds of the same Emission agreeable to a Resolution
of the Board of the 22d July last on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Zachariah Duvall forty six pounds,
eleven shillings and nine pence — William Kough fifteen shillings —
Caleb Tydings sixteen pounds, six shillings and eight pence and
Thomas Philpot fourteen pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission
due them per Accounts passed —
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel of St Thomas Jenifer Esqr
seven pounds, seventeen shillings and two pence of the same Emission
due him on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State.
That the said Treasurer pay to Allen Quynn Esquire twenty one
pounds specie to be delivered over to John Hammond per Account
passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel of St Thomas Jenifer Es-
quire sixty four pounds, six shillings and ten pence specie agreeable
to the Act to adjust the Debts &ca per Certa adjusted & passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Couden five hundred and
eighty eight pounds, nine shillings & six pence specie agreeable to the
Act aforesaid per Certificates adjusted & passed the 19th Instant
That Benjamin Griffith Esqr Commissary of Baltimore County
pay sixty six & two third Bushels of Wheat to James Maccubbin
Clerk to the Senate due him for a Quarter Salary ending the
1 Instant. —
Commission of Letters of Marque & Reprisal issued to James Belt
Commander of the Ship Matilda 319 Tons burthen, navigated by 70
Men mounting 22 Carriage Guns belonging to John Dorsey & Co of
Maryland. —

Thomas Philpot of Ann Arundel County a substitute for Jonathan
Brashears of the same County until the 10th Day of December last
is hereby Discharged having as he says served to the 21 of November
the time he got home. —

Friday 22d February 1782.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Richard Taylor
a Substitute from Prince Georges County fourteen pounds, eighteen
shillings and four pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Rowles Capt fifty seven
pounds, six shillings and eight pence of the same Emission for him-
self and Company per pay roll passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Josias Miller of the late Extra
Regiment one hundred and fifty nine pounds, four shillings and five
pence of the same Emission per Certificate passed. —
