The Intendant is requested to Deliver Capt Denny for the use of
the Maryland Troops, the following Articles, forty six Regimental
Coats, seven Vests, twelve pair woollen Overalls, ten shirts one pair
Shoes, eighteen hundred and sixty pair Yarn Stockings, eleven pair
Ditto, eleven pair Linen Overalls, one hundred and sixty seven leather
Stocks nine felt hats, twenty nine Caster hats, six hunting Shirts,
eight Iron potts and forty six Tin Camp Kettles. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Samuel Gray
Ten pounds five shillings & William Yeldell fifteen pounds, seven
shillings, and six pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due them per Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John A. Hamilton nineteen
pounds, seven shillings for Stores to the 1ts Inst and also to Lt Adam
Jameson twenty four pounds, twelve shillings & six pence for Stores
for the Year 1781 on Account

hundred and twenty four pounds, eighteen shillings and seven pence —
& Isaac McHard eighty seven pounds, eleven shillings and ten pence
of the Bills of Credit emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills
of Credit &ca for Certificates issued agreeable to the Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Campbell a lame soldier
who was wounded at German Town seven pounds ten shillings of
the same Emission allowed him by this Board on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Stone for the use of Thomas
Stone Esqr fifty four pounds, eleven shillings and ten pence of the
same Emission per Account passed and also one hundred and ten
pounds two shillings and ten pence of the same Emission for a Cer-
tificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this
State. —

We have yours of the 28th Jany and regret your Disappointment.
We consent that you may discharge four of your Men, upon their
paying back the Bounty they received. As to the others, they must
either join Lee's Cavalry, or the Maryland Line, at their Option, and
they must determine immediately. They must be delivered up to
Capt Lynn, in either Case
