Instead of delivering the Letter we enclosed of the 6th Instant, to

Mr Sollers, you will be pleased to deliver the one now sent, the other

may be destroyed.

We have determined that our Order of the 30th ulto shall be sus-
pended for three Weeks from this Day; should you not receive any
further Directions from us in the Interim, you are then to consider
that Order in full Force, and regulate yourself accordingly

Thursday 14th February 1782.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt John Hamil-
ton thirty pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission
of Bills of Credit &ca in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths for the prest Year
on Acct
That the said Treasurer pay to Osborn Sprigg Esqr sixty three
pounds of the same Emission due him for Beef p Certa passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to James Ritchie six pounds seventeen
shillings and nine pence of the same Emission due him p Acct
passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Richard Harwood two pounds,
two shillings and six pence of the same Emission, two shillings and
six pence part thereof to be delivered to Jonathan Rawlings and two
pounds to Samuel Rawlings per Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Vachel Ijams eleven pounds, eight
shillings and four pence of the same Emission due him per Account
passed and also Twenty one pounds ten shillings of the same Emis-
sion, thirteen pounds, eight shillings and four pence thereof to be
delivered over to Richard Fogget and eight pounds one shilling and
eight pence to Richard Beard due them p Accts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt James Somervill nineteen
pounds, seven shillings of the same Emission for Stores on Account
and also nine pounds four shillings of the same Emission per Account
passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr William Kilty seventeen
pounds, four shillings of the same Emission for Stores on Account
and also sixteen pounds, seventeen shillings of the same Emission per
Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Walter Carr ten pounds, five shil-
lings of the same Emission for the use of Benja Ray per Account
passed. —
