Friday 30th November 1781.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Muir for
the use of John Sterett sixty five thousand, five hundred and twenty
pounds of Tobacco including four per Cent for Casks due him for
two thousand and eighty pair of Stockings bought of him p Acct
passed by the Aud Genl.
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Hopkins & Co Two hundred
and sixty pounds, Sixteen Shillings and ten pence specie agreeable to
the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State due him per Account
passed the 27 Instant
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Charles Smith three hundred
and eight pounds, four shillings and six pence specie &ca per Cer-
tificate settled by the Aud Genl. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Bennett Lloyd Esqr one
hundred and twenty seven pounds, one shilling of the Bills emitted
under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca of the money
appropd for the present Campaign to be Delivered over to Joseph
Bruff Commy of Talbot County to be Accounted for —
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt Walker Muse
Cloth and Trimmings for a Waistcoat & Breeches, and Scarlet Cloth
Sufficient for facings for a Coat for the present Year on Account,
Negroes, Michael and Tom slaves belonging to this State, each, two
Shirts, one pair Breeches, one pair Stockings, one Jacket & one pair
Shoes John Wills a soldier in the late 6th Regimt one Shirt one pair
Breeches one pair Stockings and one pair Shoes — And also to David
[Shryver?] Esqr f or the use of Frederick Zacharias and George Payne
who were soldiers in the 7th Regt under the " Act to procure Troops
for the American Army " passed March Session 1778, each, Cloth
for one suit of Cloaths, two Shirts, two pair Shoes and Stockings
and one Blanket
