two pence — Charles Ridgely and William Goodwin survivg Part-
ners of Alexander McLure Against Doctr Henry Stevenson with
Interest to 25 Septr instant for Thirty two pounds, four shillings
and seven pence three farthings — Charles Ridgely and Willm Good-
win against Doctr Henry Stevenson with Interest to the time afore-
said for Seventeen Pounds, five shillings and two pence half penny —
Charles Ridgely against Doctr Henry Stevenson with Interest as
aforesaid for Twenty eight pounds, fourteen shillings and nine pence.
Doctr Rumney, Decd against the Revd Henry Addison, with In-
terest to the 1st of October next for Thirty eight pounds, fourteen
shillings and one farthing — Doctr Rumney, Decd, against the Revd
Mr Boucher with Interest to the time aforesaid for Eighteen pounds
eighteen shillings and Eleven pence — and the Exrs. of Caleb Dorsey
Deceased, against Doctr Henry Stevenson, Judgment obtained, Costs,
and Interest to the 20 September Instant for Eighty six pounds, ten
shillings, and six pence. —
The Council adjourned 'till to morrow morning 11 oClock. —

The Council met

Present as on Yesterday —
The following Accounts against Confiscated Property exhibited
to this Board, and examined and approved. —
James & Drinker against John Lynch for a Bill of Exchange,
Charges and Damages Seven hundred and thirty six pounds, one
shilling and eight pence —
Ely Dorsey Surviving Adminr of Henrietta Maria Dorsey against
Robert Christie for Default on two Judgments obtained against
Charles F Wiesenthal, Benjamin Nicholson and Andrew Stiger with
Interest for Eight hundred and forty four pounds, fourteen shillings
and five pence — James Chalmers Bond to Thomas Riche of Penn-
sylvania, Balance with Interest to the 1st of Octr next One hundred
and thirty One pounds three shillings and nine pence — James Chal-
mers Bond to Robert Field of New Jersey dated 5 Septr 1772 with
Interest to the 1st of Octr next One thousand One hundred pounds,
Eighteen shillings and five pence half penny. —
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 oClock. —
