The Council met
Present the Honorable John H Stone — Charles Wallace & Aquila
Paca Esquires
The following Accounts against Confiscated property exhibited to
this Board and examined and approved. —
John Boyds Account against Doctr Henry Stevenson for Four
hundred and fifty five pounds, one shilling and six pence — James
Kelso against Doctr Henry Stevenson for Nineteen pounds seven
shillings and nine pence three farthings — Andrew Buchanan agt
Robert Christie for One hundred and thirty nine pounds, ten shil-
lings — Mary Burgess Admr of Joseph Burgess Decd, against Doctr
Henry Stevenson for Twenty one pounds, fourteen shillings and
nine pence — Thomas Jenings against Robert Christie for four hun-
dred and twenty eight pounds, one shilling and seven pence — William
Todd against Robert Christie the then Sheriff of Baltimore County
for Default in not producing William Moore Junr against whom
Todd obtained a Judgment for Twenty pounds fourteen shillings
and nine pence — Upton Sheredine against Doctr Henry Stevenson
for nineteen pounds, fifteen shillings and nine pence — William
Buchanan of Geo — against the Nottingham Forges for Twenty nine
pounds, five shillings — & James Cheston against Lloyd Dulany with
Interest for Seventy pounds, seven shillings and four pence. —
The Honorable Samuel T. Wright Esquire Attended —
The Council adjourned 'till to morrow — morning 11 "Clock. —

Lamar, Hill, Bisset & Cos Bill drawn in favor of Henry Hill on
Lloyd Dulany, Principal, Interest and Damages One hundred and
Eleven pounds, twelve shillings and eight pence half penny — James
Chalmers and Alexander Chalmers Bond to Joseph Suddler dated
7th Decemr 1774 Principal seventy pounds and Interest to the 1st of
October next, Forty one pounds, one shilling and two pence amount-
ing in the whole to One hundred and eleven pounds, one shilling and
