Saturday 11th September 1784.
The Council met
Present The Honorable John Hoskins Stone
Samuel Turbutt Wright — Charles Wallace and Aquila Paca
Esquires. —
The Bond of Lloyd Dulany to Bennett Chew dated the 6th of July
1767 for One hundred and thirty seven pounds, six shillings and
three pence Sterling and Fifty three pounds Current money, amount-
ing with Interest to the 1st of October next to five hundred and Sixty
six pounds, seven shillings and seven pence current money — And
also a Bond of Doctr Henry Stevenson to Archibald Buchanan dated
4th of March 1773 for Fifty one pounds, thirteen shillings and seven
pence current Money assigned to George Wells and exhibited to this
Board, and examined and approved. —
The Council adjourned till Monday Morning 10 "Clock

Colo Nathaniel Ramsey resigns his Appointment of Commissioner
for the Sale and preservation of Confiscated British property, which
is accepted — and Gabriel Duvall Esquire is appointed in his room —

The following Accounts against persons whose property has be-
come Confiscated, were exhibited to this Board examined and
approved. —
The Estate of William Reynolds, decd against Grafton Dulany for
Two pounds, six shillings — Walter Dulany Junr for four shillings
and six pence — Daniel Dulany son of Walter One pound Eighteen
shillings and six pence — and the Revd Henry Addison for fourteen
shillings and nine pence — George Wells against James Christie for
Two hundred and thirty two pounds, one shilling and five pence,
three farthings —
Hamilton Davidson against Robert Christie for Sixteen Pounds. —
John Johnson against Daniel Dulany son of Walter for Twenty
seven pounds, seventeen shillings and five pence Currency —
James Buchanan & Compy against the following — Lloyd Dulany
with Interest to the 2d of May 1783, Twenty five pounds, thirteen
shillings and seven pence currency; Daniel Dulany of Walter with
Interest to the 17th May 1783 Four pounds, seven shillings and six
pence and William McKechen with Interest to the 17 May 1781
Four pounds, seven Shillings and Eleven pence Currency. —
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow Morning 10 "Clock.
