an Account of Ezekiel Foreman against the said James Chalmers
for Twenty one pounds, six shillings and four pence half penny in-
cluding Costs of Suit exhibited to this Board examined and
approved. —
Doct^r Thomas Vandyke exhibits an Account against James Chal-
mers for Fifty three pounds, six shillings and eight pence examined
and approved. —
The Council adjourned till Tuesday next 11 ^oClock.

The Bond of Doct^r Henry Stevenson to James Jaffray of the io^th
of Novem^r 1776 for Twenty Seven pounds, eight shillings and five
pence current Money passed by the Aud^r General exhibited to this
Board & approved. —
