an Account of Ezekiel Foreman against the said James Chalmers
for Twenty one pounds, six shillings and four pence half penny in-
cluding Costs of Suit exhibited to this Board examined and
approved. —
Doctr Thomas Vandyke exhibits an Account against James Chal-
mers for Fifty three pounds, six shillings and eight pence examined
and approved. —
The Council adjourned till Tuesday next 11 oClock.

Ordered that the Western shore Treasurer pay to James O'Hara
a Blind Soldier One pound ten shillings current money allowed him
by the Board in Virtue of a Resolve of the General Assembly of July
1779—
The Bond of Doctr Henry Stevenson to James Jaffray of the ioth
of Novemr 1776 for Twenty Seven pounds, eight shillings and five
pence current Money passed by the Audr General exhibited to this
Board & approved. —
