John, Samuel Hanson Junior, Hoskins Hanson, John Morton, Ben-
nett Dyson, George Lee, Doctr Benjamin Fendall appointed Justices
of Charles County Court — also to Walter Hanson, Daniel Jenifer,
John Dent, Richard Barnes, & Walter Hanson Jenifer Justices of the
Orphans Court of said County — and Commission issued to Andrew
Buchanan, John Moale, Isaac Vanbibber, John Merryman Junr
Charles Ridgely of Wm, William Russell and Lyde Goodwin Justices
of the Orphans Court of Baltimore County. —
The Council adjourned 'till Friday 25 June instant

The Council met.

Present the Honorable Samuel Turbutt Wright
John Davidson & Charles Wallace Esquires
Mrs Mary Howard exhibits Accounts against Lloyd Dulany
(deceased) for Nineteen pounds, seven shillings and two pence,
Eleven pounds, two shillings and one penny — Eighty one pounds,
sixteen shillings and three pence, and one hundred and twenty three
pounds, One shilling and six pence — an Account against Daniel
Dulany son of Walter for Twenty pounds and five pence and also an
Account against Daniel Dulany Junr son of Daniel for Thirty seven
pounds, eighteen shillings and nine pence adjusted by the Auditor
General and approved by this Board. —
An Account of Barbara Harris's against James Chalmers for Six
pounds, four shillings and three pence — Accounts of Joseph Harris's
against James Chalmers for Four pounds, thirteen shillings and five
pence and seven pounds exhibited to this Board are examined and
approved
The Bond of James Chalmers to Ezekiel Foreman for Twenty
eight pounds Current Money dated the 24th of October 1775 with
