at October Term 1782 that John Moran and William Price of Bal-
timore County were severally bound by Recognizance in the Sum of
Twenty pounds Current Money each for the Appearance of the Said
John Moran at the said Court to give Evidence on behalf of the
State against Thomas Love, James Bosley, Zebulon Bosley, and
Charles Bosley, upon which Recognizance they were severally called
and made Default Whereupon it was adjudged by the Court that
the said Recognizance be forfeited and so it was entered accord-
ingly — together wilh a Representation from two of the Judges of
Said Court that it appeared to them from the Deposition of Joseph
Harrison that John Moran sailed from the Port of Baltimore in
June 1782 that he was the same Month made Prisoner by the Enemy
carried into New York and there detained until the Peace took place
and Recommending him and his Surety William Price as Objects of
Mercy and the Board taking the same into Considertaion do remit
the forfeitures of the said John Moran and William Price. —

Saturday 15th May 1784
The Council met

Present as on Yesterday. —
Daniel Dulany Esqr exhibits an Account against Lloyd Dulany
for Bills of Exchange amounting with Interest to the 8th of Novem-
ber 1783 to five hundred and seventy pounds, eight shillings and
nine pence half penny passed by the Audr and approved. —
Robert Carter Esquire exhibits an Account against Daniel Dulany
son of Daniel for One hundred and forty nine pounds, twelve shil-
lings Current Money passed by the Auditor General the 16th October
1783 and approved by this Board.
The Council adjourned 'till Monday Morning 11 oClock
