The Council met according to adjournment.
Present. His Excellency William Paca Esquire Governor
The Hon'ble Gabriel Duvall, John H Stone & Charles Wallace
Esq"
William Paris exhibits an Account against Daniel Dulany, son of
Walter, amounting with Interest to the 23d of February 1784 to
Thirteen pounds, twelve Shillings Current Money, adjusted by the
Auditor General and approved by this Board. —
A Letter from the Hon'ble Thomas Stone Esquire, was received
and read, whereupon It is thought unnecessary now to come to any
Determination respecting the Convening the General Assembly. —
The Council adjourned 'till Saturday the 3d Day of April next. —

The Council met
Present The hon'ble John Hoskins Stone, and Charles Wallace
Esquires. —
Samuel Turbutt Wright Esquire elected a Member of the Coun-
cil by the General Assembly attended and qualified before Allen
Quynn Esquire one of the Justices of Ann Arundel County by taking
the several Oaths required by the Constitution and Form of Govern-
ment and the Laws of this State and by subscribing a Declaration
of his Belief in the Christian Religion, Certificate thereof produced
and filed. —
The Council adjourned 'till Saturday the 10th April Instant.
