The Council met according to adjournment

Present His Excellency William Paca Esquire Governor. —
The Hon'ble John H Stone, John Davidson & Charles Wallace
Esquires
Mr John Addison exhibits an Account against the Reverend Jona-
than Boucher, the Balance of which amounts to One hundred and
thirty five pounds specie, which is examined and approved. —
The Council adjourned 'till Tuesday morning 11 "Clock

and Charles Wallace Esquires. —
The Council adjourned 'till Saturday the 21st February instant

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Paca Esquire Governor
The Hon'ble Gabriel Duvall, John H Stone & Charles Wallace
Esquires
The Board upon reconsideration of the Allowance made to Colo
William Hyde on the 21 January last for Services as Assistant Clerk
to the Council, are of Opinion that fourteen shillings per Day only
be allowed him, that being the Allowance made to the Assistant
Clerks of the General Assembly at the time the Services were per-
formed by Colo Hyde.
The Council taking into Consideration the Conduct of Sir Robert
Eden, since his return to this State in signing a number of Patents
affixing the Seals to some of them, and taking the fees of Office for
the services
Ordered that all the evidence respecting this Transaction be stated
and communicated to the Attorney General to take such Measures
therein as he shall think proper. —
The Council adjourned 'till Saturday the 6th March next. —
