That the said Treasurer issue Certificates agreeably to the "Act
proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of Congress &ca " to
Anthony Banning for Two hundred and forty eight pounds, fifteen
shillings and eight pence and to Joseph Mayo for One hundred and
sixty eight pounds, one shilling and five pence half penny due on Con-
tinental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Audr Genl the Ist
Instant

Saturday 13th December 1783
Present as on Yesterday. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Boyce for
the use of Joshua Frazier Twenty six pounds, sixteen shillings and
six pence current money for one Year's Interest on a Certificate
issued under the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " to
the 21 August 1782 Number 141.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Boyce for the use of the said
Joshua Frazier Twenty six pounds, sixteen shillings and six pence
current Money for one Year's Interest on the aforesaid Certificate
to the 21 August 1783. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Francis Deakins Esqr for the use
of Thomas Cramphin Five pounds, thirteen shillings and nine pence
current money for One Year's Interest on two Certificates issued
under the Act aforesaid to the 18th October 1782 Number 202 &
203.—
That the said Treasurer pay to Francis Deakins for the use of the
said Thomas Cramphin Five pounds, thirteen shillings and nine pence
current Money for one Year's Interest on the aforesaid Certificates
to the 18th October 1783.—
That the said Treasurer pay to William Gillis & John Gillis, each,
seven pounds, three shillings & four pence specie agreeably to the
"Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " per Accounts passed
the 4th Instant

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Jeremiah
Jacob Twelve pounds, fifteen shillings and two pence current money
for one Year's Interest on a Certificate issued under the "Act to ad-
just the Debts due from this State " to the 26th Novr 1782 No 228.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Jeremiah Jacob Twelve
pounds, fifteen shillings and two pence current money for One Year's
Interest on the aforesaid Certificate to the 26th Novemr 1783. —
