That the said Treasurer pay to William Coe Fifty five pounds
eighteen shillings and three pence specie agreeably to the Act afore-
said per Account passed the 18th October last

eight shillings and three farthings specie agreeably to the Act afore-
said per Certificate adjusted the Ith Instant
That the said Treasurer pay to General Smallwood one hundred
& ninety one pounds, nine shillings & six pence current money due
him p Acct passed by Audr Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Dorsey Clerk of the Senate
Twenty five pounds curt Money for one Quarter's Salary ending the
7th of November last
That the said Treasurer pay to Gabriel Duvall Esqr One hundred
pounds current money for One Quarter's Salary ending the 10th
November last

Ordered that the Western shore Treasurer pay to Jeremiah T.
Chase and John H. Stone Esquires, each, One hundred pounds cur-
rent money for One Quarter's Salary due them as Members of the
Council ending the 8th November last
Special Commissions of Oyer and Terminer and Gaol Delivery
issued to Worcester County, directed to John Selby, Nehemiah Hol-
land, Ebenezer Handy, Thomas Purnall (Sinepuxent) James Selby
and Joshua Townsend in Virtue of "An Act to enable the Governor
to issue Commissions of Oyer and Terminer and Gaol Delivery in
certain Cases." —

Present the Honorable Gabriel Duvall and James Brice Esquires
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Boyce Fifty
four pounds current Money for One Year's Interest on nine Certifi-
cates issued under the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State "
ending 12 August 1783 Numbr 514 to 516 & 522 to 527. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Mayo Twenty two pounds
Seven shillings and three pence current money for one year's Interest
on three Certificates issued under the Act aforesaid issued & dated
23d October 1782 numbered 694 to 696. —
