That the said Treasurer pay to John Crisall Fifteen pounds cur-
rent Money, out of the money appropriated for the Hospital on
Account
It appearing by the Certificate of Doctr Thomas Lieutt of Freder-
ick County, that Joseph Everitt was fined Eighteen pounds, eight-
een shillings and six pence for not Mustering from 1778 to 1781.
and by his own Memorial and the certificates of respectable people,
his Neighbours that he has been afflicted for many years past with
a Fistula in and, which rendered him incapable of Militia Duty.
Ordered that the said fine of Eighteen pounds, eight shillings and
six pence be remitted. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue Certificates agree-
ably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors
of Congress &ca " Aquila Hall Esquire for Four hundred and
twenty three pounds six shillings and one penny and to Francis
Holland Esqr for Seven hundred and eleven pounds, seven shillings
and two pence due on Continenl Loan Office Certificates adjusted
by the Depy Audr the 23 Instant

The Honorable Benjamin Stoddert and James Brice Esquires. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue Certificates agree-
ably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of
Congress &ca " to Daniel Clarke for One hundred and twenty one
pounds, five shillings and ten pence half penny and to William
Nicholls for Eighteen pounds, three shillings and six pence due on
Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Deputy Audr
the 28th February 1783. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green Two hundred and
forty nine pounds, ten shillings Current Money due him per Account
passed. —
