That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to John Phacall agree-
ably to the Act aforesaid, for Forty two pounds, one shilling due on
Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Depy Audr the
19th July last
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to James Hook agree-
ably to the Act aforesaid for Thirty one pounds, sixteen shillings
and four pence due on Contl Lo : Off. Certs adjusted by D A :
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Francis Holland
agreeably to the Act aforesaid for Three thousand, one hundred and
forty five pounds eleven shillings and one penny due on Continental
Loan Office Certs adjusted by the Depy Audr 16 Inst

The Board resumed the Enquiry into the Charges against the Jus-
tices of Harford County, and not having time to come to a conclu-
sion the further Consideration is postponed 'till the first day of
November next, and that Depositions will be received as Evidence
where the parties have notice given them of the time and place of
taking the Depositions. —

Present His Excellency William Paca Esquire Governor
The Honorable James Brice Esquire. —
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick Green
for the use of David Bradford Clerk of the Court of Appeals Twenty
one pounds, ten shillings and six pence for five Months and five Day's
Salary per Account passed by the Deputy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to John Rogers and Richard Cook
One thousand, eight hundred and fifty eight pounds and one penny
specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State "
per Certificates adjusted by the D. Audr
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Benjamin Fendall
agreeably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress &ca " for One hundred and fifty one pounds, four
shillings and three pence due on Contl Loan Office Certificates ad-
justed by the Deputy Audr. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Joseph Howard Junr
agreeably to the Act aforesaid, for Twenty one pounds, five shil-
lings and one penny due on Continental Loan Office Certificates ad-
justed by the Deputy Audr the 13 Instant
