this State, Creditors of Congress on Loan Office Certs &ca" for
Eighty nine pounds, four shillings and one penny due on Contl Loan
Off. Cert3 adjusted by the Audr Genl the 15th Augl last
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue Certificates agree-
ably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of
Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " to Eliza Mackubin for
nine pounds, eight shillings and five pence — to Daniel Parker for
Seventy four Pounds, seven shillings and seven pence — to Josias
Beall for One hundred and thirty pounds four shillings and five pence
and to Conrad T. Wederstrandt for One hundred and twenty eight
pounds, two shillings and four pence due on Continental Loan Office
Certificates adjusted by the Deputy Auditor. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to John Beall Executor
of George Bence, agreeably to the Act aforesaid for One hundred and
fifty three pounds, two shillings and two pence due on Continental
Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Depy Audr 9th July last.
That the said Treasurer pay to John C Mackubin Three pounds,
four shillings and six pence three farthings current Money for One
Year's Interest on a Certa issued agreeably to the "Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State " dated 3d Augt 1781.
That the said Treasurer pay to Jeremiah T. Chase Esqr Thirty
pounds five shillings and ten pence for One Year's Interest on a Cer-
tificate issued under the act aforesaid issued the 17th Octr 1782 with
Interest from 13th Octr 1782. —

That the said Treasurer pay to John C Mackubin Thirty five
pounds seventeen shillings and six pence and to Levin Collins Twelve
pounds, six shillings, and eight pence specie agreeably to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State " per Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson Junior Two hun-
dred Pounds Current Money out of the Money appropriated for the
Barges on Account

The Board resumed the Enquiry into the Charges against the
Justices of Harford County, and not having time to come to a con-
clusion, the further Consideration is postponed 'till to morrow. —
