Esq^rs—

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Ezekiel Towson
Fifty three pounds, ten shillings specie agreeably to An "Act to ad-
just the Debts due from this State " per Account passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to Hellen Gray Six pounds seventeen
shillings and six pence Current Money for One Years Interest on a
Certificate issued agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from
this State "

Saturday 4^th October 1783.

Present the Honorable Benjamin Stoddert & James Brice Esquires
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to James Brice, One
hundred and five pounds, seven shillings and eight pence Current
Money for two years Interest on a Certificate issued agreeably to the
"Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " numbered 45 due the
30^th July last

His Excellency the Governor and the Hon'ble G Duvall Esq^r
attended

Thomas Hyde exhibits an Account against Lloyd Dulany for
Twenty two pounds, eight shillings and nine pence and an Account
against Daniel Dulany of Daniel for Four pounds, nineteen shillings
and one penny Current Money which are examined and approved
by the Board. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue a Certificate to
Jon^a Jones agreeably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this
State, Creditors of Congress &^ca for One hundred and twenty nine
pounds, one shilling due on Continental Loan Office Certificates ad-
justed by the Dep^y Aud. 28^th August last
That the said Treasurer pay to Gabriel Duvall Esq^r One hundred
pounds C Money for one Quarter's Salary ending the 10^th Aug^t —

Ordered that the Issuing Commissary furnish Rations to Alex-
ander Matthewson an Invalid Soldier discharged agreeably to a
Resolution of Congress 21 April 1782 until further orders — return-
ing an Account thereof to this Board. —

That the western shore Treasurer pay to His Excellency Governor
Paca Two hundred and fifty pounds Current Money for one Quar-
ters Salary. —

That the said Treasurer pay to John Crisall Fifteen pounds Cur-
rent Money out of the Money for the use of the Hospital on Account
